The bonus program of our service provides users with the opportunity to make exchanges even more profitable.
To take advantage of the Bonus program, you need to fulfill a simple condition - after the exchange, leave feedback about our work on the BestChange website.
The bonus in our system is equivalent to the Russian ruble. Accumulated bonuses can only be spent when making an exchange on our site. When using bonuses during the exchange, their amount cannot exceed 20% of the total exchange amount. The accrual of bonuses depends on the exchange amount and is equal to 1% of this amount, but no more than 50 bonuses.
Below we will provide several examples of bonus accrual for a clearer understanding:
- For example, you made an exchange for the amount of 1000 rubles, 1% of 1000 rubles is 10, so you will be credited 10 bonuses.
- If you made an exchange for the amount of 3999.50 rubles, you will be credited 39 bonuses. In this example, the exchange amount is not a whole number, the bonus accrual will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
- You made an exchange for the amount of 10,000 rubles or more, you will be credited 50 bonuses. Why not 100? The program provides for a maximum bonus accrual of 50.

Click the "Add review" button, the monitoring will open a review form window:
In this window, you will need to fill in the fields and provide basic data: name, email address, and exchange number. There is also a field for "Review", where the user will need to write their feedback.
You must provide a valid email address. After filling out the form and clicking the "Submit review" button, you will receive an email where you need to follow the link and confirm the publication of the review. If you do not do this, the monitoring will not publish the review, and bonuses will not be credited to you.
When filling out the form, be sure to enter the number of your exchange request after which you are leaving feedback. We will credit you bonuses to your internal account based on the amount of your exchange, according to the algorithm described above.
In your personal account in the "My Balance" section, you can see the number of bonuses credited to you and their total amount:
How to use bonuses when exchanging and get a discount?
It's simple! When creating a request, the user needs to check the box next to the "Use bonuses" function, and now when paying for the request, the amount of the selected number of used bonuses will be less.
After completing the exchange on the site, you can also rate individual aspects of our service's work and receive 5 bonuses to your account. It looks like this:
Our service reserves the right to edit the bonus program, change the terms and/or accrual of bonuses, as well as completely cancel the bonus program at any time without any special notice to users. Any changes to the bonus program take effect immediately after the information about them is published on the XCHANGE website.
